Expo, Stage and Neighbourhood Party

At Challenge Almere-Amsterdam we strive to not only organise a great day for all the athletes, but for the spectators as well. To achieve that there will be different activities, like an expo, a stage and 2 neighbourhood parties. To guide all of this in the right directions there are a few volunteers needed. They need to maintain contact with the exibitors on the expo for example, to make sure they stick to our rules and know where they can go with possible questions. At the stage there is guidance of the different performances need, like at a fashion show. The neighbourhood parties are along the run cours and will be held especially for the residents. At those parties there is also assisstence needed to make sure everything runs smoothly.

The jobs in this function are very diverse and dependent of the shift you will be helping in.

• Guiding exhibitors to the correct spot
• Giving exhibitors all the information they need
• Guiding acts on the stage
• Getting things ready in time on the stage
• Making sure the acts have all the information they need
• Preparing items needed for the neighbourhood party
• Supervising activities during the neighbourhood party
• Cleaning up items used at the neighbourhood party
